The Grinch – Red Carpet + Premiere After Party

Designed and produced by THE FIRM. The Grinch world premiere took place at Alice Tully Hall followed by an incredible after party at the Central Park Zoo. The carpet was a modern and elevated experience that embraced the clean lines and aesthetic of the beautiful ATH lobby. Complete with custom green carpet, oversized 12’ Grinch banners and 3D logo letters. Inside the theatre, guests were treated to green popcorn, custom embroidered scarves and Grinch totes. Immediately following the film, guests were transported to an immersive Grinch themed world at the Central Park Zoo with carolers singing upon arrival. Guests first entered a winter-scape complete with Whoville like trees, winter themed lighting and décor, a fun interactive themed headband craft station and the aroma of hot apple cider and spiked cider. As guests continued their journey, they entered our “Whoville Village” with an impressive display of scenic décor throughout. The main focal point was an oversized 14’x14’ center bar with a giant, lit fully decorated Christmas tree in the center adorned with 3D presents on the corners. The tent also included multiple buffets, winter lighting and plush lounge seating areas. And lastly, guests entered our “Winter Decadence” area filled with an amazing array of treats for guests young and old. Custom scenic elements included an oversized present photo moment, a candy bar with a life-sized candy display backdrop, cookie decorating station and ornament decorating station. The tent was also home to an indulgent dessert station with a green chocolate fountain, Belgian waffle station and dozens of decorative cakes and cookies. Guests were truly surprised and delighted at every turn from the minute they stepped onto the custom green carpet. A huge thank you to our amazing partners at Universal and Illumination!
