If I Stay Premiere After Party
On August 20th, Warner Bros. new movie, If I Stay, premiered at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. Life changes in an instant for young Mia Hall, played by Chloë Grace Moretz, after a car accident puts her in a coma. She is caught between life and death for one revealing day, Mia has only one decision left, which will not only decide her future but her ultimate fate. After the tear jerking film, THE FIRM, formerly known as Samantha Sackler Productions, wanted create an uplifting elegant party. By covering the existing pool with light grey carpet we were able to maximize the space and provide more seating for our VIP guests. For this event, we used a color palette of lavender, greys, oatmeal and amber. We used Designer8*’s Chloe collection with the Reclaimed Bar and brought in lavender linens and lighting to accentuate the feminine feel. We created gorgeous buffet and bar centerpieces out of a variety of wildflowers including light purple, pink and pale blue Dutch Delphiniums, African Daisies, Sweatpeas and French Lavendar stocks in French pails accented with rustic lanterns. A highlight for the guests were trying delicious ice cream sandwiches from MB creamery in a variety of amazing flavors.
